Sithis is a diety worshipped by the Dark Brotherhood, a god of Chaos, Entropy, & Death. In the vampires desk you find a note addressed to Ocheeva petitioning Marie (that her name?) to stop using Garlic in her horrible attempts at alchemy. Well technically Sithis is the leader.I think Ocheeva is of higher rank as well since she acts as leader of the sanctuary in the place of Lachance.
